Rand Paul stumping for her father, Texas Congressman Ron Paul. In a statement that is very telling, Rand Paul said of Sen. Rick Santorum:
Did you catch that? Medicines free for senior citizens is against the principles of conservatism, according to Paul. That says it all for me. Free drugs for elderly people? What Is It? It is an outrage! Make parents pay! The idea that the United States Government (or State Government, even) would have the unmitigated gall to help the poor elderly people stay alive or alleviate the suffering of their ire to these people. That money should be spent on something that matters, not a cure for those parents who are poor.
And right-wing voters rounds up. There is no socialism that feed the poor and had the courage to offer free drugs to the elderly. What Communist sympathizer came up with the idea that crazy? The next thing you know they’ll try to give you a free formula for poor people with babies! That will lower our country for sure. That money would be better spent if added to our military budget is not enough, or maybe we could give it to the creator of the work so that it could trickle down.
