Germany health habits drop in November

BERLIN-Germany less reported health habits in November from the previous month, the Gallup-Healthways healthy behavior index to 68, from a high of 73 in March.

The main reason that healthy behavior index as a whole has deteriorated because there has been a decrease in the percentage of Germany who reported eating healthy. About 6 in 10 Germany adults say they eat healthy all day long

Men are less likely than women who reported eating healthy and eating fruits and veges often.

Healthy eating habits also increases with age. Young adults aged 18-29 who are most likely to report eating healthy all day long before for surveying and eating fruits and veges often. When Germany get older, they become more likely to report eating habits are good, with people aged 65 and older are likely to eat healthy.
