Health food: Nielsen global survey reveals the attitude of food around the world

What’s more, most of the respondents said they were skeptical of health claims on the packaging. Fully 68 percent of respondents who are at least sometimes skeptical label ‘ all natural ‘ (and with good reason–at least in the United States, has no legal meaning), while 70 percent are sometimes skeptical of the term ‘ organic. ‘ A large proportion of respondents who even skeptical of basic information, such as the number of calories (58 percent) and fat breakdown (63 percent).
